A disposable cap is the simplest and most needed hygiene item wherever hair must not get into the work area: hospital wards and operating rooms, dental and cosmetology rooms, food production and laboratories.
Our cap
We make a pleated bouffant cap from 12 g/m² spunbond. The cap is pleated and gathered on a soft elastic band, so it fits any head size equally well and doesn't press during a shift. The material is light and breathable, so the cap doesn't feel hot.
Our advantage: a double elastic band
Most caps on the market are held by a single elastic. We use a double one: the cap fits the head evenly, doesn't slip when you move, holds hair better, and the elastic doesn't stretch out as quickly.

Caps are packed 100 pcs per polyethylene bag — convenient for handing out to staff and counting stock — and 1,000 pcs (10 bags) per box. We ship in wholesale lots; volume, lead times and delivery are agreed for your order. We can send samples before your first purchase.
